General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fa9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally operated online casino and sports betting service. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fa9 platform at fa9.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

fa9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the fa9 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the fa9 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, table games, promotional offers, loyalty programmes, and all related features and communications. Additional rules may apply to specific games or promotions and will be published alongside the relevant product or offer.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the fa9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. fa9 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any person found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, any winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned at fa9's sole discretion.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You have not been self-excluded from the fa9 platform or any other gambling service affiliated with fa9, whether voluntarily or as a result of a disciplinary action.
5. You are not diagnosed with, or being treated for, problem gambling, and you are not using the platform in a manner that has been advised against by a healthcare professional.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fa9 services, you are required to register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the fa9 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. fa9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fa9 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available within your account settings.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify fa9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. fa9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): fa9 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by fa9 may result in account restrictions or suspension.
• Non-Transferability: Your fa9 account, and any balance or bonus credits held within it, are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

fa9 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Funds Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Withdrawal Verification: fa9 reserves the right to request verification of identity and payment method prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC checks if they have not previously been completed.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical limitations of each payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in BDT. fa9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
• No Money Laundering: fa9 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited. fa9 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where there is reasonable cause.

Bonuses & Promotions

fa9 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotional terms at the point of opt-in.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While any active bonus balance remains in your account, the maximum permitted bet per game round is ৳500 (or the equivalent stake in eligible sports markets), unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date or period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Unfulfilled bonus balances and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless the specific promotional terms explicitly permit stacking of offers.
• Abuse Prevention: fa9 monitors player activity to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusive play. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Right to Withdraw: fa9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be notified of any material changes that affect their ability to complete the bonus terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the fa9 platform. Specific rules applicable to individual game types, sports markets, and betting formats are published within the relevant game or market interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by fa9. fa9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrectly displayed price or market, or where fa9 has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity.
• Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or any other information on the platform — whether caused by human error, technical fault, or data feed failure — fa9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid in error will be recoverable by fa9 from the player's account balance.
• Game Results: The results of all RNG-based games (slots, table games, crash games) are determined by certified random number generator systems supplied by fa9's third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Results are final once displayed and are not subject to appeal except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• Disconnections: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round or live bet, fa9's servers will complete the game round according to the logic determined at the moment the disconnection occurred. fa9 accepts no liability for player losses attributable to the player's own connectivity issues.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by fa9 at any time. VIP players may be eligible for elevated stake limits subject to account tier.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fa9 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account on the platform, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
3. Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unfair financial advantage.
4. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other action on the platform that would otherwise require manual human input.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
6. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or using the platform to launder money or process funds that circumvent financial regulations.
7. Attempting to access another player's account without that player's authorisation.
8. Reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software used by the fa9 platform.
9. Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
10. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication with fa9 support staff or other platform users.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship subject to the conditions below:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request closure of your fa9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fa9 will process any outstanding withdrawal of available balance (subject to standard verification requirements) and close your account within a reasonable timeframe.
• Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, will have their account closed immediately upon request. If a responsible gaming closure is requested, fa9 will not send promotional communications to the associated contact details during the exclusion period.
• Suspension or Closure by fa9: fa9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where fa9 has reason to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
• Forfeiture of Bonus Funds: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by fa9 — any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits that have not yet been converted to withdrawable real-money balance in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited in full.
• Real Money Balance: Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of identity verification, after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to fa9 under these Terms.

Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa9 and its affiliated entities, directors, employees, and service providers disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from your use of the fa9 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Direct or indirect financial losses arising from gameplay, betting outcomes, or bonus terms, regardless of how such losses occurred.
2. Loss of data, interruptions to service, or failure of technical systems affecting the platform's availability or performance.
3. Losses arising from the use of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures on the part of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card network operators.
4. Any reliance placed by you on information, statistics, or content displayed on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional materials.
5. Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

fa9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fa9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability and accuracy of information, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or its content.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fa9 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and fa9, we encourage you in the first instance to contact the fa9 support team at [email protected], providing a clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking. fa9 will endeavour to resolve all player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

• Complaint Acknowledgement: fa9 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and will aim to provide a final resolution within 14 calendar days of the date of acknowledgement.
• Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through fa9's internal process, the player may escalate the matter through appropriate alternative dispute resolution channels as notified by fa9 upon request.
• Language: All formal dispute communications between fa9 and players must be conducted in English. fa9 cannot accept or process complaints submitted in other languages.
• Waiver: Failure by fa9 to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of fa9's right to enforce that or any other provision on any future occasion.
